Long-term rental at Core Villas
Who these homes suit
Families relocating with children in school, remote workers and business owners settling in Bali for a season or longer, and anyone who wants a real home rather than a hotel. Every villa is fully furnished and specified for Bali's climate.
Lease length and rent
Leases run monthly, typically three months and up. The rent shown on each home is indicative and set per lease — longer stays and annual terms are quoted individually. Nothing is charged online yet; the waitlist simply registers your interest.
Can foreigners rent long-term in Bali?
Yes. A long-term rental (hak sewa / leasehold-of-use) is a normal, legal arrangement for foreigners in Bali — you are renting the right to live in the home, not buying the land. Our Core Villas guides cover the detail.
When can I move in?
The Phase 1 homes are expected to be ready from Q3 2027. Joining the waitlist puts you first in line for a specific villa and means we contact you the moment it opens for lease.
