Corporate housing in Bali means a whole furnished villa on one monthly lease rather than a block of hotel rooms: three or four bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a pool and garden, fibre internet, and someone on site for the house. It suits a founder cohort, a team relocated for a quarter, or a coach running a programme with clients. The lease runs from one month to a year at a time, and Core Villas at Seseh, Munggu, Bali opens ten such homes from Q3 2027.

What corporate housing means here
Hotels sell nights. A team that stays a month or longer needs a home: a kitchen, a table everyone fits around, bedrooms with doors, and a bill that arrives once a month. In Bali that is a furnished private villa on a tenancy agreement at a monthly rate, with a minimum stay of one month: no check-in desk, no nightly pricing, no daily housekeeping.
The home a team gets
A three or four bedroom villa with a bathroom for each bedroom, a private pool, a garden, a proper kitchen and a dining table that seats everyone. Fibre internet reaches the villages, and the cafes of Pererenan, about seven minutes away, work as second offices. In both layouts the extra bedroom or bedrooms sit in a garden bungalow apart from the main house, so the person leading the stay has their own quarters. Maintenance, the pool and the garden are handled by the team on site, so nobody on yours becomes the facilities manager.
Pricing becomes available when we open. Each villa has its own land size and orientation; the homes are listed on the rental hub.
What the monthly rate covers
The home, its furniture and appliances, and the upkeep of the house, pool and garden by the team on site. Utilities are metered to your use rather than bundled, so a team that runs the air conditioning all day pays for that and a team that does not, does not. Pricing becomes available when we open; everything is quoted in rupiah.
How the lease works for a company
The tenancy agreement is a single contract for a fixed period at a monthly rate. Under Indonesian land law an Indonesian company, including a foreign-owned PT, can hold a lease; a foreign company with no presence in Indonesia generally cannot sign one directly, so the practical route is a lease in the name of the person leading the stay, with the rest of the team listed as occupants. Have your own property lawyer confirm the structure that suits your company. Visas for the people staying are a separate track and go through a licensed agent.
Where it is
Seseh and Munggu sit on Bali's quiet west coast, one bay north of Pererenan and about fifteen minutes from Canggu's restaurants, gyms and coworking. The airport is about an hour and a half. Quiet lanes and rice fields on the doorstep, with everything a team needs in the evening a short drive away.
Core Villas for teams
Seventeen private-pool villas in one compound at Seseh, Munggu, Bali, ten of them offered for monthly and long-term rent from Q3 2027. For a cohort or an offsite, two or three homes in the same compound keep the group together without sharing a kitchen. The waitlist is open now; tell us the dates and the headcount.
