You lease your villa directly from its owner. CORE manages it end to end: the search, the paperwork, the move-in and everything after. You deal with one professional team, not a private landlord.
What is included
The furnished villa, the appliance package, maintenance, pool and garden care. Utilities and consumables are metered to your use.

Core Villas is developed and operated by CORE Concept Living, founded by Shanny Poijes and Victoria Fernandez: Swedish founders, resident in Bali, with twenty years of building behind them and ten years in hospitality, running short, mid and long term rentals.
When do Core Villas long-stay residences open?
The first villas are scheduled to open for long stays around Q3 2027, as construction at Seseh, Munggu completes. Waitlist members hear about availability first.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Stays run monthly, quarterly or yearly, and can extend up to two years by agreement.

Joining is free and takes a minute. We keep you posted as the project takes shape, and when a villa opens up, offers go first to qualified waitlist members whose timing and villa type match. You confirm, we prepare the lease with the villa's owner, you move in.

Yes. Every residence is delivered with the full Core Villas furniture and appliance package, designed and specified by the CORE studio.
